Information on how to request the deletion of personal data on HomLista.

How to request the deletion of your data?
If you wish to request the deletion of your personal data stored by HomLista, please send an email to:
Include the following information to help us identify your account:
- Full name.
- Email address.
- Phone number (if applicable).
- Description of the request.
- Any additional information that facilitates the location of the data.
HomLista may request additional information to verify the identity of the requester before processing the request, in order to protect personal data against fraudulent or unauthorized requests.
Data from third parties
If the personal data was collected through a form, integration, or service managed by a real estate agency, agent, franchise, or any other HomLista User, we may coordinate the request with the corresponding controller when necessary to properly address the request.
Retention of certain information
The deletion of personal data does not necessarily imply the immediate deletion of all information when its retention is necessary to:
- Comply with legal obligations.
- Comply with tax or accounting obligations.
- Resolve disputes.
- Prevent fraud or illegal activities.
- Ensure the security of the platform.
- Defend the legitimate rights and interests of Suenitza LLC.
- Comply with any other obligation established by applicable legislation.
Whenever possible, HomLista may anonymize certain information instead of deleting it permanently.
Response time
HomLista will respond to requests within the timeframes established by applicable legislation and, under normal conditions, within a maximum period of 30 days from the receipt of a complete request and once the identity of the requester has been verified.
Confirmation
Once the request has been processed, HomLista will notify the User of the result indicating, when applicable:
- The deleted data.
- The data that must be retained due to legal obligations.
- The reasons justifying such retention.
